We are considering hosting a 1, 1.5, or 2-day Critical Care and Emergency Medicine Conference.
The focus would be on pre-hospital emergency and retrieval critical care.
Please provide us with some input:
Is November a good time of year for you? Are there other conferences in November that will prevent you from attending? If November is not good, please post what time of year you'd like to see us host a conference.
Would you like it held in Columbia? What ideas do you have for other locations in Mid-Missouri? We can do a resort at the Lake or something, but that's not very fun in November.
What days of the week would be best? I am personally inclined to do a Monday night and Tuesday all day, or Thursday night and Friday all day. If weekends are better, how is Friday night and all day Saturday?
What do you think is a reasonable price for 2-days (10-14 hours) of EMS/RN education with associated CEUs and meals each day?
What general topics would you be most interested in hearing about?

November is as good of a time as any. Most of my educational mandatories are January to March.
Columbia is always good by me!
I have no preference for days of the week.
I'm not the right guy to figure out cost. I'm always about free!
Cardiac arrest management would be a great topic. Everyone from the ER to the ambulance to the floors needs help in reinforcing the need for training and strong leadership
